Hotshots OG was built from the ground up to redefine the trucking industry — not just through trucks and freight, but through education, opportunity, and honor.
Our mission is to create the most professional, reliable, and respected drivers in the industry by developing a national standard for hotshot trucking. We are launching Hotshots OG University — a game-changing training program that educates and certifies aspiring drivers not only in technical skills, but also in business, ethics, and self-discipline.
We’re building more than a business — we’re building a movement. Our Lake City headquarters will feature the nation’s first flagship Hotshots OG Truck Stop and athletic facility, designed to connect athletic development, discipline, and wellness with the demands of trucking.
And we proudly champion veterans, military personnel, and first responders, offering training and benefit opportunities to those who’ve served this country with honor.

With deep roots in motorsports culture and a relentless commitment to community, Bryce has transformed RFV into more than just a brand — it’s a lifestyle.
Under his leadership, Racing Family Village has expanded to include hotshot trucking, boat maintenance and services, Cook’s Sheds dealership, a fully-equipped digital media studio, custom builds, and a growing parts inventory — all while staying true to the adrenaline-fueled, family-first spirit that started it all.
Now, Bryce is on a mission to transform the way trucking and outdoor sports are done — boldly shifting the trajectory of both industries. Through innovation, accessibility, and authenticity, he is rewriting the playbook for what’s possible in these spaces.

With a sharp eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of customer experience, Daniela plays a pivotal role in everything from management and logistics to partnership development and community engagement.
